1) Qualification

  • Should posses 15 years of education, preferably graduate in Commerce/IT/Arts
  • Should be IT literate and well versed with latest and upcoming Technology (E.g.: Server Virtualization,ERP, Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence)

 

2) Experience

  • Should have an experience of at least 1.5 years as a trainer(V&A,Softskills,Process training)
  • Should be well versed with MS office(Power Point, Excel and MS Word)-Should be able to create training modules in the mentioned forms
  • Should be well spoken and have good command over English
  • Should posses approachable attitude and should have strong Voice Projection to have Audience Control
  • Should be able to create IDP (Individual Development Plans, Audit calls and create training reports )
  • Preferably posses experience to train batches with the strength of 10- 20+ and should be open towards multi-tasking
  • Should be Presentable

 

3) Skill set

  • Should be able to contribute towards Hiring(Should be able to set up threshold and benchmark)
  • Should have knowledge about Training methodologies like Kirk Patrick’s theory and CBT modules (Competency Based Training)
  • Should be able to identify and encourage participation in training towards different verticals
  • Should be good with analysis and should have loads of patience
  • Should have people management skill
